loose shower headslow dinner service
The hotel seemed alright at first, but soon little things started to bother me. The bathroom shower head was loose. It kept slipping down the pole. Dinner service was slow too. I sat for ages waiting for someone to clear my plate. The dessert menu never arrived. I eventually gave up and just left the dining room feeling rather ignored.

Acceptable Stay

frequent transportfriendly staffsteep stairsold furniture
The hotel location is fabulous on the sea front. Public transport is frequent. The bedroom and the bathroom were clean. Towels were changed daily by friendly staff.
The lift only stops at half levels. Guests on floor 5 get off at floor 4 and walk up steep stairs. There was furniture everywhere, and you could barely walk around. The hotel needs updating.
